I am circumventing awkward introductions in favor of simply stating: this blog travels with me.

Some days you may get art from some of the nation's best galleries, carefully curated and deeply analyzed.

Others, you may get a poem, a doodle, a musing, a story. An exercise.

As I roam around for many months attempting to uncover a perfect sweetspot between visual art, mind-body practice, healing, and the healthcare environment, babs will accompany me.
