by engaging in art i am engaging in yoga

an act of self-study, channeling a creative life force

an intentional practice that can be paid forward, shared, learned, innate

and though commercialization and mysticism surround fundamentals,

this practice is a means of grappling with the nature of existence

with variable timelines and methods,

wonderful meditativeness, truthfulness, therapeutic qualities,

and ultimate universality.
